Wholesale orders are taken through snail mail,email, or by phone, so if you have placed a wholesale order with us through email, and have NOT received a conformation email from us, then you order did not reach us. We will ALWAYS send you conformation, to be sure your order went through, as well as your order invoice.
Payments may be made with major credit cards and through Pay pal online; company checks, money orders or cashier’s check for mail-in orders.
***To place a Wholesale order, just email me at cottoncandycreations@.net or call (417-818-8797) with what items you would like, and we will invoice you with totals and shipping.
***You will be notified of an approximate pending shipping date when your order has been received and processed; and then again, when your order has been shipped to you or is ready for delivery.
***Ordering Info: All our items are offered at wholesale price at 25 % off.
(Unless indicated). Hand made stitcheries are offered to wholesalers, but do to the fact that they are done by hand, they will be sold to wholesalers at retail price.
Items offered and sold in sets are already priced at wholesale.
A copy of your Tax ID# or business license certificate and phone number is needed prior to placing your initial order. No orders will be processed with out your Tax ID# or business license certificate and phone number on file. Please email, mail a copy of your information to us at the address below.
***Minimum Order Policy: Your first wholesale order will have a $75 minimum and all reorders will carry a $50 minimum.
***We do not offer wholesale on all of our products, these items will say "Not a Wholesale Item).
***Insurance: We highly recommend that you have insurance on your wholesale shipment, as we will not be held responsible for products lost or damaged in the shipping process.
***Payment Policy: For wholesale accounts, we accept the following methods of payment: MasterCard, visa, pay pal, company check, and money order. All accounts are billed prior to shipping and are due in full before orders are processed with the exception of shipping cost, which will be billed immediately after the order is shipped.
***Please note if paying by check or money order, your order will not be released until the check or money order has cleared the bank. This usually takes 7-10 business days. You will be charged $25.00 for each NSF or stop payment check. If this should happen, your account will then be credit card only.
***All returns will be at the customer's expense and a 20% restocking fee assessed. All returns must be authorized before being sent back. If your return is unauthorized, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. The materials may vary depending on availability and the sizes are approximate and may vary slightly. We try to provide the fabric that is shown in each photo but, in the event that we run out, we will replace it with a similar fabric.
***Damages: if damage occurs during shipping, please keep the original carton, packing for inspection by carrier, and notify Cotton Candy Creations via email immediately at cottoncandycreations@.net. You may choose to have a credit applied to your account and that total taken off your next order. Alternatively, you can choose to have us replace the items damaged.
***Wholesale Agreement: By submitting your wholesale order, the purchaser automatically agrees to all the terms and conditions stated above.
