Order Information

***All of our items are handmade and all SALES ARE FINAL. We keep many of them in stock, but from time to time when our orders get heavy, there will be a wait time. We fill orders according to when they were placed. If you order our stitcheries, or needle felting items, they will take time to make if they are not in stock. All stitcheries and needle felting items are hand stitched and made by me. I do not hire them out. This is to ensure you receive the very best.***

***NO SHIPPING WILL BE CHARGED FOR MAILED PATTERNS.

*** We accept all major credit cards, Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also take money orders personal checks and Pay Pal.

*** Please allow 2 to 4 weeks shipping (wholesale & retail). We will not ship your order until payment is made in full. Most orders do NOT take this long but during fall and winter months we are very busy so you may want to plan ahead (especially wholesale orders). If you are local, we will deliver free. (Within 35 miles.)

*** If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can attempt to make it right.

*** Because of the nature of some customized products, all SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be allowed, and some exchanges in some cases can be made if you ship the item you are needing an exchange for back to us. Any order discrepancies found must be reported to us within 3 days from the date you received your order. Returns must be reported to us within 5 days from the date you received the order, NO EXCEPTIONS. You must contact us by email or phone for pre-approval on ALL RETURNS. You need approval from us before returning any items and you must provide us with a UPS or USPO tracking code for the item you are returning so we can track the items. ANY ITEM NOT APPROVED FOR RETURN WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, NO EXCEPTIONS. We are not obligated to refund or replacement any returned items that we have not pre-approved. Undamaged merchandise returned must be pre-approved and in the same condition as when it was shipped. All shipping charges are your expense and will not be refunded. Any items returned that are not damaged with be charged a 20% restocking fee provided the return was pre-approved.

*** If paying by personal check, check will be held for five business days before item is mailed to you.

*** Payment must be received in 8 days. $30.00 charge on returned checks!
