***Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are taken through our site but you must create an account with us to do so. When you get your account access we will email you to let you know your wholesale account is ready and you can see our wholesale pricing. Just creating an account with us DOES NOT give you access to our wholesale prices. You may also mail or fax us your order. We will ALWAYS send you an order conformation.
Payments may be made with major credit cards and through Pay pal on line (you do not need a Pay Pal account); company checks, money orders or cashier’s check for mail-in orders.

***Ordering Info: 
We need a copy of your Tax ID# or business license certificate and phone number is needed prior to placing your initial order. No orders will be processed with out your Tax ID# or business license certificate and phone number on file. Please email, mail or fax a copy of your information to us at the address below.

***Minimum Order Policy: Your first wholesale order will have a $75 minimum and all reorders will carry a $50 minimum.
If you need your order soon please work out a "RUSH ORDER" with us. We try to get all "Rush Orders" to you by your need date.

***Shipping:
Shipping costs are based on the total of you order and priority mail rate. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks shipping (wholesale & retail). We will not ship your order until payment is made in full. Most orders do NOT take this long but during fall and winter months we are very busy so you may want to plan ahead (especially wholesale orders). If you are local, we will deliver free. (Within 35 miles.)

***If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can attempt to make it right. Because of the nature of some customized products, all sales are final. No refunds will be allowed, and some exchanges in some cases can be made if you ship the item you are needing an exchange for back to us. Restocking fee may apply.

***Insurance:
We highly recommend that you have insurance on your wholesale shipment, as we will not be held responsible for products lost or damaged in the shipping process.

***Payment Policy:
For wholesale accounts, we accept the following methods of payment: Master Card, visa, pay pal, company check, and money order. All accounts are billed prior to shipping and are due in full before orders are processed with the exception of shipping cost, which will be billed immediately after the order is shipped.

***Please note if paying by check or money order, your order will not be released until the check or money order has cleared the bank. This usually takes 7-10 business days. You will be charged $25.00 for each NSF or stop payment check. If this should happen, your account will then be credit card only.

***All returns will be at the customer's expense and a 20% restocking fee assessed. All returns must be authorized before being sent back. If your return is unauthorized, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. The materials may vary depending on availability and the sizes are approximate and may vary slightly. We try to provide the fabric that is shown in each photo but, in the event that we run out, we will replace it with a similar fabric.

***Damages:
 if damage occurs during shipping, please keep the original carton, packing for inspection by carrier, and notify Cotton Candy Creations via email immediately at cottoncandycreations@centurytel.net . You may choose to have a credit applied to your account and that total taken off your next order. Alternatively, you can choose to have us replace the items damaged.

***All of our items are handmade. We keep many of them in stock, but from time to time when our orders get heavy, there will be a wait time. We fill orders according to when they were placed. If you order our stitcheries, or needle felting items, they will take time to make if they are not in stock. All stitcheries and needle felting items are hand stitched and made by me. I do not hire them out. This is to ensure you receive the very best.These are not wholesale items.***

***Wholesale Agreement:
 By submitting your wholesale order, the purchaser automatically agrees to all the terms and conditions stated above.
